Cold rooms, conditioned spaces and air handling units across Kenya lose energy, humidity control and air quality through unsealed gaps and structural defects. We measure and seal them using proven Dutch methodology, executed by a local team.
Get in touch →Across Kenya's cold rooms, conditioned process floors and air handling systems, the same problem appears: uncontrolled air infiltration and exfiltration. The consequences go well beyond high electricity bills.
Unsealed joints and gaps force compressors and air handling units to run almost continuously to maintain target conditions. Energy costs rise sharply, often far above what a properly sealed facility requires.
In conditioned process environments, infiltration of uncontrolled ambient air introduces humidity, dust and contaminants. For pharmaceutical manufacturing, food processing and medical facilities, this is a direct product safety and compliance risk.
Structural defects and unsealed penetrations make it impossible to maintain stable internal conditions. Cold rooms develop warm spots. Conditioned floors lose humidity control. Product quality and process reliability suffer.
Cooling equipment that fights constant air infiltration runs harder and breaks down sooner. A single seal job can significantly extend equipment life and reduce capital expenditure.
We work with operators across Kenya whose facilities require precise temperature, humidity or air quality control. If uncontrolled air is getting in or out, we can find it and fix it.
Cold rooms, post-harvest storage and flower export facilities
Medicine storage, cleanrooms, labs and medical cold chain
Conditioned process floors and air handling systems
Refrigerated warehouses and cold chain distribution centres
Hotel and restaurant cold rooms and commercial refrigeration
We use proven measurement methods to locate every leak precisely, then seal them with quality materials imported from the Netherlands. The same team does both.
Thermal camera inspection · blower door pressure test (optional)
Our primary tool is thermal imaging. A thermal camera identifies exactly where uncontrolled air is entering or leaving a facility and how much heat or humidity is being lost. Where precise quantification is needed, we add a blower door test, which pressurises the space at 50 Pascal and gives a certified leakage measurement.
You receive a written report within 24 hours with a full leak map, thermal images and a severity ranking.
We seal every identified leak point using professional-grade materials suited to the conditions of the facility, rated for low temperatures, high humidity environments and process-critical spaces. Because we do both the measurement and the sealing, we know exactly what we are fixing.
A follow-up measurement confirms the result and provides documentation for audits, grants and compliance requirements.
Facility inspection · sealing work
We work around your operations. Most jobs are completed in one to two days with minimal disruption. You receive a full report whether you choose measurement only or measurement plus sealing.
The team that measures your facility is the same team that seals it. No contractors, no handover. We own the outcome.
We use professional-grade sealing materials imported from the Netherlands, the same products used in European cooling and process infrastructure.
Measurement and sealing of a standard facility is typically completed within one to two working days. For larger facilities we assess the timeline up front.
You receive a measurement report, a leak map with thermal images, and a post-sealing verification report, useful for energy audits, grant applications and compliance.
